Bill I shall so miss that friendly voice when you answer the phone with your usual greeting of “hello Lin”, never sounding anything but pleased and cheerful. In fact, as I write, I can hear you saying the words. I thank you, on behalf of Ron and myself, for all the happy times we’ve shared over the years.
